Any perception can connect us to reality properly and fully. What we see doesn't have to be pretty, perticularly; we can appreciate anything that exists. There is some principle of magic in everything, some living quality. Something living, something real, is taking place in everything.

True we judge on appearances as opposed to looking behind the exterior mask, persona and ego. When we take the time to stop and sense properly and lift the veil we can perceive the true nature and essence of life.

and so true. People do judge on first impressions and preconceptions, expectations are also rife, which is so wrong.
People always reacted differently within my own family, towards my sister and me, why? who would you want to talk to, she who is outgoing or she who sits quietly and patiently? ummm!
